Commercial Insurance Client Coordinator

Hybrid Role

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. We provide all necessary equipment for staff to work comfortably and efficiently from home.

About the Position

We are looking for a positive and professional individual to join our team as Account Administrator. To succeed in this position, you must be detail-oriented and highly organized. The role will involve intricate collaboration with other team members, particularly the Account Manager and Account Executive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for all client transactions.
  • Preparing and issuing certificates of insurance, invoices, binders, insurance proposals, and other documents, as required.
  • Verifying accuracy of insurer documents and requesting policy changes or corrections.
  • Following-up with clients and insurers for outstanding information.
  • Claims administration and follow-up.
  • Other related duties as may be required.


  • Completion of University or College degree is preferred.
  • Preferably a minimum of one (1) year commercial insurance experience.
  • Bilingualism (English/French), while not mandatory, would be a significant asset for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (namely Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Aptitude towards teamwork and adaptability.
  • Ability to effectively participate in multiple projects and meet deadlines.
